I cannot believe the state of our room! The shower didn't work despite being told it was fixed, and we had dirt on the bathroom mat upon arrival. Even worse, there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor. we even noticed a stale smell throughout our stay. Given these issues, I am outraged that we had to cut our stay short.

The beds were really comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from. Hot breakfast buffet was included and it was a quick walk to a decent pub for some evening drinks.

It wasn't cheap though it was still acceptable.
